Treat yourself to a gourmet experience in every season

Supervision over the menu and the proper operation of the kitchen is provided by a top chef - Robert Hudák.

He gained his first culinary experience on a cruise ship. For years, he perfected his cooking under the guidance of top chefs. Later, he became a chef and ran his own kitchen on the ship. His footsteps subsequently led to the Salamandra Resort. When cooking, he enjoys learning and improving in modern gastronomy but always returns to the simplicity, beauty and good taste of food.

Restaurant

The simple, elegant spaces of our restaurant always put you in the mood for a good meal. Sensitively chosen decorations and table settings evoke feelings of homely comfort, and every mouthful is a harmonious experience of body and soul. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, but you always have the option of à la carte dishes. We charge an additional € 5 for the vegan menu.

We can adapt the restaurant premises for corporate parties or family celebrations and weddings.

Every year, we enrich our menu during the autumn months with a selection of seasonal dishes. The same is the case these days when you can enjoy delicious pumpkin cream soup, duck delicacies, meatless risotto or salad with goat's cheese alongside the traditional specialities from our menu. Game lovers will surely enjoy the high-quality venison steak. For the kids, we currently have a delicious apple bun with vanilla cream on offer. Feel free to stop by for a delicious lunch or dinner with the whole family.

Summer terrace by the Taich

Fresh food tastes even better in the fresh air. You can enjoy ours on the banks of the taich, surrounded by the Štiavnica Mountains. Find your own shade and pamper yourself with our specialities and top-notch staff. Families with kids will be delighted to know that the kids can play on the nearby playground or by the taich and will always be in plain sight.

The summer barbecue on the hotel's terrace will also make your summer relaxation more enjoyable. Enjoy grilled specialities to the strains of pleasant music.

Aprés - ski bar

Recharge your batteries before your next run at the après-ski bar, just a few metres from the slopes. It offers refreshing hot and cold drinks and small snacks. You can also enjoy them on the sun-drenched terrace overlooking the slopes.
