Whether it's original seasonal specialities or homemade classics, we always focus on freshness and seasonality of ingredients. We also work with products from local farms or our own production.
Supervision over the menu and the proper operation of the kitchen is provided by a top chef - Robert Hudák.
He gained his first culinary experience on a cruise ship. For years, he perfected his cooking under the guidance of top chefs. Later, he became a chef and ran his own kitchen on the ship. His footsteps subsequently led to the Salamandra Resort. When cooking, he enjoys learning and improving in modern gastronomy but always returns to the simplicity, beauty and good taste of food.
The simple, elegant spaces of our restaurant always put you in the mood for a good meal. Sensitively chosen decorations and table settings evoke feelings of homely comfort, and every mouthful is a harmonious experience of body and soul. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, but you always have the option of à la carte dishes.
We can adapt the restaurant premises for corporate parties or family celebrations and weddings.
