*The number of ski passes included in the price of the stay package depends on the number of booked nights and the number of persons stated in the reservation. Each person included in the reservation is entitled to a ski pass for a number of days corresponding to the number of booked nights. If weather or snow conditions do not allow the slope to operate, the right to use ski passes does not arise and the ski passes cannot be transferred to another date.
We recommend that you equip your car with snow chains, which may help you in adverse weather conditions.

No cancellation fee applies if the stay is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the booked accommodation services applies if the stay is cancelled 1 to 14 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival; once this deadline has passed, cancellation terms apply, and cancellation without a fee is no longer possible. Between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival, the client may request to reschedule the stay once. If the price of the new date is higher than the original, the client must pay the price difference. It is not possible to change the date or cancel the stay without a cancellation fee 3 days or less before the scheduled arrival.
